we DO NOT FOLLOW BRAN DIETS, OATS DIETS, MONO DIETS
or any other
so called Weight Loss Diets
. We provide Healthy foods which are
good for weight loss
. No food is magic food for
in this world so we treat every good food as weight loss food eg. All pulses, All Cereals, All Vegetables and we provide all major meals like Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner along with the 3-4 Small meals.
We do not believe in the philosophy of Not eating salt after 6 or 7 pm as most of the people work in private sector and they reach home by 8 or 9 pm so not eating anything after 7 pm would not work for them in most of the cases .Hence we provide all 3 major meals to all wether they are coming back at 7 pm or 9 pm. dinner is a must as Breakfast
